Overview
The second most important aspect of ‘A Thorn in My Side’, aside from the story of Odette as a whole, is the aesthetics. The world is intended to be very warm toned, colorful, and vibrant, with the colors and beauty that permeates every scene serving to illustrate the fantasy world Odette lives in, while in denial of her own pain. The aesthetics and atmosphere also serve to draw the viewer into the story, complimenting the narrative with distinct and eye catching visuals to keep the audience’s attention.
